Since I've started running I'm now dragging everyone I know to 5k races and making them run also. My latest victim was Elizabeth (aka Aunt Bet). We ran in the Walhalla Eagle on the 16th. The morning started off rainy but of course then moved to humid for the race. We had a great time and I've got the feeling that this won't be her last 5k either...
