Christmas 2010 Remix

We had a wonderful & full Christmas. Our celebrating began when the boys & I traveled with Z down to my granddad's. We met my parents, Uncle Joe, Aunt Kathy Jo, & cousin Jacob there for a great lunch & some good visiting time. The rest of the family got together while we were in Tennessee. Of course the only picture I took was of Pappa, Sam, & Troy picking up pecans in granddad's yard.

The next weekend we made the trek to Tennessee to be with (almost) all the Millers. We made good time traveling at night & Sam & Troy were champs in the car...it helps when there's a DVD player with headphones. More good food & visiting with family on Saturday & Sunday morning.

The original Miller boys.

Pops & his family

Uncle David's family

Uncle Mark's family

Sorry Uncle Dan but this was the only picture I had of your family.

For some reason we didn't get a picture of Uncle Steve's family...oops!
Grandmomma & Granddaddy

Sunday after church we loaded into the car again & drove to Arkansas to be with Mammaw. We all packed into her house for 2 nights & feasted on her great home cooking.

While there we also got to visit with cousin Amy, Uncle Phil, & Aunt Rita Kay. They helped keep our "spirits bright" with their company.

After returning to South Carolina on Tuesday night we all reconvened in Anderson at Pops & Nanna's house.

Troy with his book from Aunt Meg & Uncle Matt. (Check out Pops in the background - always filming.)

Sam with his puppy blanket.

Aunt Stacy with the bag we gave her.

Uncle Matt with the hat we gave him.

I was super excited to get my map from last Christmas framed. Word to the wise do NOT use Michael's for their framing services...Hobby Lobby is the place to go.

We had our Christmas celebration on Thursday. After a waffle breakfast & gifts we went to a local park for some good run around time.

Slides

& Shake-a-laters were big hits.

The three of us rode on the playground alligator/dragon/dinosaur.

On Friday we headed to Fort Mill to spend time with the Malphruses. I fixed our traditional Christmas Eve supper of shrimp & grits. Then on Saturday morning we opened more gifts while sipping on our Pomegranate Moc-Mosas.

It was good to spend some time with Uncle Jonathan & Chrissy.

Pappa was especially happy with his gift...the snot spot.

Mimi & the boys had fun with their new train table.

Then on Sunday we woke up to snow!!!!

No hope for a normal family picture...
