Christmas #1 & #2

We had a very extensive & well traveled Christmas. Christmas #1 started in Lexington, Tennessee with Granddaddy & Grandmama Miller. We had a safe trip but got caught in some TERRIBLE traffic in Atlanta. Just to give you an idea of our journey we left Seneca about 4 hours before John & Stacy left Pendleton...they pulled in 15 minutes after we arrived!

The revised Miller Christmas play. It's great to hear the Christmas story & Miller singing.

Uncles, aunts, cousins...all before the frenzied gift card exchange.

Gary tries to record it all.

We improvised our devotion/advent time in the hotel.

After a great visit with family in Tennessee we headed farther west to Searcy, Arkansas. We enjoyed seeing & staying with Mamma Boggs.

Fixin' to open gifts

Uncle John & Aunt Stacy wait like the rest of us. They stayed with Rita Kay & Phil on the "ranch". I did get to ride Rita Kay & Phil's horse again despite my complete dork-iness on our last visit.

Troy & Sam help me figure out my new foot massager from Mamma.

Rita Kay & Carol...it was all we could do to keep them from breaking out into the song & dance "Sisters" from White Christmas.

We had a wonderful visit with Mamma, Rita Kay, & Phil. We missed having Aunt Meg & Uncle Matt with us...they had to work & couldn't make the trip this year. We are certainly blessed to have such a loving family.
