In our quest to run as many local 5Ks as possible Josh & I entered the Reedy River Run this past weekend. It was a beautiful day for a run and we both enjoyed the course and also improved our times from the last 5K (Race For The Grasshopper). No individual awards this time just personal satisfaction.

The three Millers after crossing the finish line. As I mentioned no individual awards but I think I should get some credit for being the sweatiest and most red-faced. How do other people run and not look like it?!?!? I keep thinking that if I run enough then I won't look so terrible when I finish...no luck so far.
